She has since moved into a first-line role focused on RWA optimisation and green infrastructure, giving her a practical perspective on how banks prepare for market uncertainty while balancing capital efficiency, resilience and sustainable growth. Ratul has a strong interest in global capital flows, supply chains, and the impact of technology on geoeconomics, themes that are increasingly relevant to credit and operational risk in times of market stress.
